DISCLAIMER
LASERTECH USA hereby notifies all potential buyers that the company does not accept any liability claims arising from the use of the Machine by the end-user. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to obtain adequate training for the safe and proper usage of the machine and to procure any necessary insurance coverage for its use in their business or personal activities.
Upon delivery and/or partial training of the Machine at the Buyer’s location, it is understood that the Buyer has accepted the Supplier & Warranty Terms as provided by the Seller. LASERTECH USA shall not be held responsible for any failure of the Machine resulting from improper usage by the buyer.
In the event that the buyer chooses to return the machine within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery, a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price of the machine shall be applicable. Additionally, any training provided by LASERTECH USA technicians shall incur an additional fee of $5,000.
LASERTECH USA further informs buyers that no warranty is provided on laptops.
By proceeding with the purchase of the Machine from LASERTECH USA, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Service Charges and Travel Policy for Technical Support
Service charges for technical support provided by LASERTECH USA are billed at a rate of $160.00 per hour. The billing time commences from the departure of our technicians from our office to the customer’s location and concludes upon their return.
For locations over 50 miles from our office:
If the machine is still under warranty: The owner is responsible for the shipping costs to our New Jersey shop and for the return shipping back to the owner’s location. If a technician needs to visit the owner’s location, the owner is responsible for covering the technician’s travel expenses.
If the machine is out of warranty: The owner is responsible for the shipping costs to our New Jersey shop and for the return shipping back to their location. If a technician needs to visit the owner’s location, the owner is responsible for covering the technician’s travel expenses.
WARRANTY
Supplier & Warranty Terms:
By accepting delivery of the Machine, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Supplier & Warranty Terms provided by LASERTECH USA.
a. LASERTECH USA warrants that the Machine shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Two (2) Years’ from the date of delivery to the Buyer.
b. During the warranty period, LASERTECH USA shall, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts of the Machine, provided that such defects are not a result of improper usage, unauthorized modifications, or negligence on the part of the Buyer.
a. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
i. Improper installation, operation, or maintenance of the Machine.
ii. Use of the Machine for purposes other than its intended application.
iii. Accidents, misuse, or abuse of the Machine.
b. LASERTECH USA shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Machine, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
a. Consumable parts such as laser tubes, lenses, and filters are not covered under warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.
b. Any modifications or repairs performed on the Machine by unauthorized personnel shall void the warranty provided by LASERTECH USA.
a. In the event of a warranty claim, the Buyer must promptly notify LASERTECH USA and provide details of the alleged defect.
b. LASERTECH USA reserves the right to inspect the Machine to determine the validity of the warranty claim.
c. If the warranty claim is deemed valid, LASERTECH USA will provide repair or replacement services as outlined in section 1.
a. LASERTECH USA shall provide training to the Buyer on the proper operation and maintenance of the Machine upon delivery.
b. Additional training sessions or technical support may be available at the discretion of LASERTECH USA, subject to additional charges as specified.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
Extended Warranty Once The Warranty Period Has Expired:
Extended Warranty and Technical Support Options:
1. Technical Support and Machine Assistance ($2,500 per year):
– Full technical support for your laser engraver.
– Does not include service installation or part replacement/repair.
– Assistance with troubleshooting and operational queries.
2. Technical Support and Machine Repair ($3,800 per year):
– Technical support assistance, including minor part replacement.
– Excludes repair or replacement of major components such as the scanner head, laser source, and main power supply.
– Suitable for addressing common issues and minor repairs.
3. Technical Support, Machine Assistance, and Part Replacement ($5,200 per year):
– Full technical support for your laser engraver machine.
– Spare part replacement included at no additional charge (excluding service and installation fees).
– Does not cover repair or replacement of the laser source.
– Ideal for comprehensive support and ongoing maintenance needs.
Note: These extended warranty and technical support options are available after the expiration of the standard two (2) years warranty and technical support agreement.
