After the expiration of your two (2) years warranty and technical support agreement; We can offer you three (3) types of limited warranty extensions:
Technical support and Machine assistance at $1,100 per year which includes: Full technical support on your laser engraver. This does not include service installation and part replacement or repair.
Technical support and Machine repair at $1,500 per year which includes: Technical support assistance with minor part replacement. This does not include scanner head and laser source repair or replacement. Also does not include the main power supply.
Technical support and Machine assistance and part replacement at $2,800 per year which includes: Full technical support assistance on your laser engraver machine and spare part replacement at no charge, but service and installation fees may apply. This does not include laser source repair or replacement.
